SANITAS accepts:
WHERE
SANITAS out-patient is on level 1 of SANITAS hospital, you can enter via the stairs in the centre of the building or up the lift at the western end of the building. Follow the signage to the clinic and waiting area at the eastern end of the building.
HOW
To see a doctor you need to register at the reception, they will put you in the queue.
You can pay by cash, credit or health insurance. If you have health insurance you will need to fill the appropriate form and please allow our reception staff time to authorise your insurance transaction.

Medications are available from our pharmacy with a prescription only.
​
Due to the busy life and unpredictable nature of getting around in Dar, SANITAS has a no appointment policy, first in first served.
WHO
Our friendly reception staff will be there to help you day or night. They will help you ensure you are registered and in the queue for the services you need.

Our nursing and pharmacy staff
are also available any time for
services and advice. Our GP's
are on duty 24 hours a day and
specialists are available through
booking during business hours.
WHAT
The waiting area is spacious with plenty of comfy seating, drinking water is available, and entertainment screens for those who have to wait longer, a café is also available during business hours if you are meeting family or staying in the building long term.
